At ZAAL, we are committed to delivering refined quality and a seamless shopping experience. If your purchase does not meet expectations, we offer a 10-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria
• Requests must be made within 10 days of delivery
• A valid order number or invoice must be provided
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition • All tags and packaging must be intact
Returns & Exchanges
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted
• Any issues with defective or incorrect items must be reported immediately upon delivery
After-Use Concerns
Any concerns arising after use must be reported within 30–45 days of delivery. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will not be entertained.

• All returns and exchanges must be approved prior to dispatch • Once approved, our team will guide you through the next steps
Refund Policy
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection • All refunds are issued via bank transfer only
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
Exclusions
• Custom-made or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange • Exceptions apply only in cases of manufacturing defects
